Warranty Policy

At Riyang, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality pipe fusion equipment for global customers. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and conditions applicable to Riyang products.

1. Warranty Coverage

Riyang warrants that the equipment manufactured and supplied by Riyang shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Under non-human-caused conditions, the following products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery:

· V Series Butt Fusion Machines

· ATLA and MAX Series Workshop Fitting Fabrication Machines

· TPS and ARC Series Indoor Cutting Saws

· ETO Equipment

During the warranty period, Riyang will:

· Provide replacement parts free of charge

Labor costs are not included.

Riyang will cover shipping costs for replacement parts.

2. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only if:

● The equipment is operated in accordance with Riyang's instructions

● Proper maintenance is performed

● No unauthorized modification or repair has been carried out

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

● Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or negligence

● Unauthorized repair or modification

● Normal wear parts, including but not limited to:

o Toggle and fasten bolts

o Planer blades

o Teflon coating

● Damage caused by external factors (power issues, environment, etc.)

4. Warranty Service

To request warranty service, customers must:

● Provide proof of purchase

● Provide machine identification

● Submit a description of the issue (photos/videos recommended)

Riyang will provide remote technical support and arrange replacement parts if required.

5. Limitation of Liability

Riyang shall not be liable for:

● Production loss

● Downtime

● Any indirect or consequential damages

6. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.

7. Final Interpretation

Riyang reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy.
